CEM+INE recognized as a Family Friendly Workplace

The UAF College of Engineering and Mines and Institute of Northern Engineering (CEM + INE) was recognized with a 2026 Family Friendly Workplace Award by the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce.

Driven by employee nominations, the award recognizes workplaces where flexibility, trust, compassion and a supportive culture help employees and their families thrive.
