Welcome to The University of Alaska Fairbanks, Water
and Environmental Research Center (WERC) Arctic Transitions in the
Land-Atmosphere System (ATLAS) page. From these pages is access
to environmental climate data from Ivotuk, North of the Brooks Range
to Kougarok and Council, both on the Seward Peninsula. Support for
