The Upper Kuparuk meteorological station is a 10-meter tower installed in the Upper Kuparuk basin in 1994. The station is located approximately 350 meters southwest of the river gauging station, near the bottom of an east-facing slope. Sensors are installed at 1-, 3-, and 10-meter heights.
