Arctic Outlook: M.S. student Rachel Lewis is creating code for a web tool capable of compiling Alaskan water resource information into one central website for stakeholders (see www.arcticoutlook.com).
The student increased the usability of the web tool by improving its design and adding new import/export features.
The development of a simple interface allows users to submit instructions to reorganize available data into various tables within the database for future use. Users are able to upload spreadsheet files to the web tool, with options to compare their file to the most recent uploaded web version.
