Franklin Bluffs

Franklin Bluffs is located on the North Slope of Alaska and is one of three sites on the Putuliguyak River. Franklin Bluffs is located near the headwaters of the river whereas the other two sites, Betty Pingo and West Dock are located near the mouth of the river.
